之前关闭语音信箱：直接拨打 ##002#
的方法已经在国内失效。
下面是新方法

联系官方客服协助关闭英国保号神卡giffgaff的语音信箱功能防止扣费。
1、登录 giffgaff 官网账户 ( http://www.giffgaff.com/ )界面
2、菜单栏 Help — >Ask for a giffgaff agent
3、选择Account misuse and security issues
4、选择 other
5、输入以下内容：
I am unable to disable my voicemail at the moment. I have tried multiple times. Please assist me in disabling it. Thank you!
6、点击Ask a question（黄色按钮）提交完成！

一般 24 小时内，客服会通过邮件回复你，告知你操作结果。

如果在注册相关服务提示手机号已经被使用或者无法接收验证码的情况，
可以免费更换手机号（好像可以免费更换三次）：
app点击导航栏account->personal details，进入后往下拉，找到Get a new giffgaff number
